Product features
This product uses stainless steel plates and polytetrafluoroethylene plates that have undergone special treatment through high-tech means to form a sliding friction surface with an ultra-low friction coefficient, and its dry sliding friction coefficient is less than 0.1. The minimum can reach 0.06, and the friction coefficient between the steel plates is 0.3, reducing the thrust of the pipeline on the fixed support by more than two-thirds.
2. The insulation material is made of nano-porous silica composite material with a volume exceeding 90%, with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.019 Wm·k. Its insulation performance is 2 to 8 times that of commonly used insulation materials, and the energy-saving effect is very obvious.
3. It can significantly reduce the cost of overhead pipeline projects, enhance the design and construction level of pipelines, and improve the reliable performance of pipeline project operation safety.
4. This bearing can operate normally with a very low coefficient of friction in environments with high concentrations of oil, water, dust and corrosive media. However, for ordinary carbon-copper bearings, due to the corrosion of the environment, the actual working state friction coefficient far exceeds the original design calculation data. This causes the supports of the pipeline system to operate for a long time under a force load far exceeding the original design. Once subjected to some external force, the pipelines will twist, deform, and even be damaged.
