Product Introduction
Ceramic sleeve compensators are a type of pipeline compensation device specially designed for high-temperature, corrosive or abrasive environments, and are mainly used in pipeline systems in industries such as power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and building materials.
Core features
High-temperature resistance performance
It is made of high-temperature resistant materials such as high-alumina ceramics and silicon carbide (capable of withstanding temperatures above 1000℃), and is suitable for high-temperature medium environments such as boiler flues and hot air ducts.
Anti-corrosion and wear-resistant
The ceramic lining effectively resizes the erosion of sulfides and particulate matter in the flue gas, prolongs the service life, and is more suitable for harsh working conditions than metal compensators.
Structural design
Sleeve structure: It absorbs thermal expansion and contraction through the relative displacement of the inner and outer sleeves, and is usually combined with ceramic sealing rings to reduce leakage.
Flexible connection: It can compensate for axial, lateral or angular displacements and reduce pipeline stress.
Sealing technology
High-temperature sealing materials (such as ceramic fiber gaskets and graphite rings) or non-contact labyrinth seals are adopted to reduce medium leakage.
Typical application scenarios
Power industry: Flue systems of coal-fired power plants (such as the inlet and outlet of desulfurization towers), high-temperature flue gas pipelines.
Metallurgical industry: Blast furnace hot air ducts, sintering machine exhaust gas systems.
Chemical/cement industry: Pipelines for corrosive gases (such as SO₂, Cl₂), and pipelines for exhaust gas from kiln tails.
